Aaron Copland Award

The Copland House has selected Yu-Hui as one of the recipient for the 2008 Aaron Copland Award.  With this award, Yu-Hui will reside in Aaron Copland’s house in the Hudson River Valley during this fall and winter.  She plans to work on two projects during this residency – a percussion ensemble piece commissioned by the Ju Percussion Group, and a piano quintet for the Left Coast Chamber Ensemble.
